Duta Dian Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Train and develop staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.
• A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and food and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
