📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand’s vision and values.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Write and edit blog posts, articles, and other digital content to enhance our online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to drive innovation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Hootsuite.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Indonesian.
