📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of retail sales consultants to ensure high performance and productivity.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product development and sales growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in training and development programs for sales staff.,Assist in the development of sales training materials and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of dental products and services is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
