📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting land surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
• Creating accurate maps and plans using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Providing essential data for construction projects, including boundary lines, elevations, and other critical information.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are built on solid, legally sound foundations.
• Managing surveying projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Providing expert advice on land use and development, helping to shape the future of Bali.
• Continuously updating your knowledge of surveying technology and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A valid and active land surveyor license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on construction projects.
• Proven expertise in using surveying equipment and software such as GPS, total stations, levels, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
• Passion for land surveying and a desire to make a real difference in Bali’s development landscape.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
