Budi Utama is seeking a part-time Human Resource Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HR team in various tasks related to employee development and engagement. This is a flexible position that offers the opportunity to work from home or our office in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a commitment to helping our employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.,Support the HR team in conducting employee engagement surveys and analyzing the results.,Help organize and facilitate team-building activities and workshops.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee development plans.,Support the HR team in managing employee records and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Help with the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work part-time hours, typically 10-20 hours per week.
