Pharmacist Intern

PT Inovasi Apotek Indonesia is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pharmacist Intern to join our team in Depok, Jawa Barat. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow in the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with our experienced pharmacists to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical procurement, inventory management, and customer service.

As a Pharmacist Intern at PT Inovasi Apotek Indonesia, you will be responsible for assisting in the procurement of pharmaceutical products, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the entire process of pharmaceutical product sourcing, from supplier selection to order fulfillment. You will also have the chance to work with various software tools such as SAP and Oracle to streamline our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the procurement of pharmaceutical products, including supplier selection and order placement.
• Manage and maintain pharmaceutical inventory using SAP and Oracle systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their medication needs.
• Participate in the preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pharmaceutical policies and procedures.
• Support the pharmacist in conducting quality control checks on pharmaceutical products.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to pharmaceutical activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmaceutical operations and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or diploma in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and practices.
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
