📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor departmental performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.,Represent the department in meetings and conferences, both internally and externally.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and participate in training and development initiatives for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving results.,Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
