📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the outlet is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
