📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement predictive analytics models to drive business decisions and strategies.,Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to improve business performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in predictive analytics and data science.,Mentor and guide junior team members in the development and implementation of predictive analytics solutions.,Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.,Continuously evaluate and improve existing predictive analytics models to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.,Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of predictive analytics solutions into existing systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in predictive analytics, data science, or a related field.,Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.,Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques.,Knowledge of statistical modeling and data visualization tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
