📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Manage a team of maintenance and operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed, and that the facility is a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the facility is running smoothly and efficiently, and that all goals and objectives are met.
  • Participate in regular meetings and updates with senior management to discuss the status of the facility and any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to improve the performance of the facility.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the industrial operations and maintenance field.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, systems, and processes.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of maintenance and operations staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions to complex issues.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
