🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local job market and talent pool in Lubuklinggau.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
