📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct background checks and reference verifications on candidates.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Experience with social media and online recruitment platforms is a plus.
