📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Section Head in managing and coordinating projects and teams.,Support the Section Head in developing and implementing project plans and strategies.,Monitor project progress and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with team members to ensure that tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the Section Head in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for team members.,Support the Section Head in managing and resolving conflicts within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with project management tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
