📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.,Manage the cash register, including counting and balancing cash at the end of each shift.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
