📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular stock checks and inventory management.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record in driving sales and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
