📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical roles within the company.
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure the quality of hires.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Collaborate with the HR team to gather and analyze data on recruitment and training initiatives.
• Provide feedback and support to managers on employee performance and development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
