📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic policies that drive the growth and development of Bangka Belitung.
• Conduct policy research and analysis to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with government officials, stakeholders, and community leaders to ensure that policies are effective and aligned with the needs of the province.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of policies to ensure they are achieving the desired outcomes.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform policy development and decision-making.
• Represent the province at national and international forums to advocate for the interests of Bangka Belitung.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Strategic Policy Center team to ensure the successful execution of policy initiatives.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in policy development to ensure that our policies are innovative and forward-thinking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in policy development and implementation, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the governance and policy-making processes in Indonesia.
• Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to inform policy decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and community leaders to develop and implement effective policies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex policy issues in a clear and compelling manner.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Commitment to the values and principles of good governance and public service.
