Base Mart Corporindo is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team in Samarinda. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. As an Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory system to ensure smooth operations and optimal stock levels.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.,Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.,Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records promptly.,Support the warehouse team in organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout.,Generate regular inventory reports and provide insights to support decision-making.,Participate in inventory audits and other related activities as required.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
