📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications for IT service management.
• Implement and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow applications with existing IT infrastructures.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT service management solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow development.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of ServiceNow applications.
• Document technical specifications and user guides for ServiceNow applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including Flow, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Experience in IT service management and ITSM frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) is a plus.
