📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain key client relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and meet their business needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and growth.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on product and service developments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing key client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of the technology industry is a plus.
