🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within operations or a similar field.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.
