Local Urban Jaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of shop assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and wants to take on a leadership role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.,Manage a team of shop assistants, providing guidance and support.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Train and develop new shop assistants to ensure high standards of service.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in retail.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of customer service and sales experience.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
