📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and performance evaluations.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies.,Understanding of the local labor market and industry trends in Gowa.
