📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage and mentor the operations team to achieve company goals,Handle budgeting and cost control for the operations department,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operations,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
