📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the production facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
  • Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.
  • Develop and implement improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production processes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and quality metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Agriculture, Food Science, or related).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of animal feed production processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools for production management and quality control.
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
