📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best deals for the company.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Coordinate with internal teams to meet their material needs and ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
