📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure we are getting the best value for our money.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
