📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Schedule appointments and meetings.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle mail and packages, and manage filing systems.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Ensure the security and safety of the premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Basic computer skills, including email and scheduling software.,Friendly and outgoing personality.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
