📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle usage and maintenance.,Monitor fuel usage and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance, and keep detailed records.,Respond to emergency situations and provide support to drivers in need.,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle deployment.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
