Bidang Tono Tea is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our tea products. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth of our brand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our tea products.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Create engaging content for social media, email, and other marketing channels.,Manage and analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.,Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies.,Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for tea and the F&B industry.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
