Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the business,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement,Manage and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges,Regularly review and update operational procedures and protocols

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using operational management software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools
