Star Spot Pratama is looking for a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Maros while maintaining a strong connection to our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring the security of the premises and ensuring the safety of employees and visitors.,Patrolling designated areas to prevent and detect any security threats or suspicious activities.,Conducting regular security checks and inspections of equipment and facilities.,Responding to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinating with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date security records and reports.,Enforcing security policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.,Providing assistance and support to employees and visitors as needed.,Participating in security drills and training sessions to maintain and improve security protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Strong knowledge of security procedures, policies, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency response procedures.,Good physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Willingness to work remote hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
