📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Work closely with the restaurant's leadership team to ensure that the restaurant's vision and goals are met.,Ensure that all customer complaints and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and food and beverage preparation.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,A proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in the hospitality industry preferred.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software preferred.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
