As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and compliance with local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, including regular cleaning and maintenance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stocked and rotated.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
