📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and patrolling the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of all personnel.
  • Conducting regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any potential security risks.
  • Enforcing security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
  • Responding to emergencies and coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate records of all security activities and incidents.
  • Collaborating with other security personnel and departments to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
  • Promoting a culture of safety and security awareness among employees.
  • Assisting in the investigation of security incidents to prevent recurrence.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience as a Security Guard is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Knowledge of security protocols, laws, and regulations.
  • Valid ID and clean criminal record.
  • Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
