In this role, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading our audit team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies.,Leading and mentoring the audit team to maintain high standards of professionalism and excellence.,Preparing and presenting detailed audit reports to senior management and the board of directors.,Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement.,Providing guidance and support to internal audit teams in other regions or divisions, if applicable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate auditing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proven experience in risk assessment and internal control testing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead a team.,Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Certifications such as CPA, CMA, CIA, or equivalent are a plus.
