Micron Semiconductors is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Engineer or Engineer for the Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Analysis (NVM QRA) team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform quality and reliability analysis on Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) products to ensure high performance and reliability standards.,Develop and implement test plans and procedures for NVM products, including stress tests, reliability tests, and failure analysis.,Analyze and interpret test data to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, design, and engineering, to resolve quality and reliability issues.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in NVM technology and reliability analysis.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in quality and reliability analysis techniques.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NVM product quality and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,5-10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, quality control, or reliability analysis.,Strong knowledge of NVM technology, including flash memory, phase-change memory, and resistive memory.,Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software, such as Minitab, JMP, or similar.,Experience with failure analysis techniques, including SEM, TEM, and FIB.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
