Sanmina is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Material Compliance Engineer to join our Global Chemical & ESG Governance team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our materials and chemicals comply with global standards and regulations, while also contributing to our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement material compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to global standards and regulations.,Conduct audits and inspections of suppliers and manufacturing sites to verify compliance with material and chemical requirements.,Monitor and report on material and chemical usage, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ESG initiatives, including sustainable sourcing and waste reduction programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in material compliance and ESG governance.,Provide training and guidance to internal teams on material compliance and ESG principles.,Work closely with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.,Participate in the development and implementation of Sanmina's global material compliance strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in material compliance, chemical management, or a similar role in the electronics manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of international material compliance standards, including REACH, RoHS, and other relevant regulations.,Proven experience in ESG governance and sustainability initiatives.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
