Assist in the development and implementation of community development projects,Conduct research and gather data to inform program design and evaluation,Engage with local communities to understand their needs and challenges,Coordinate with project partners and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery,Develop and maintain project documentation and reports,Assist in the organization and execution of community events and activities,Provide administrative support to the team as needed,Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in the field of social impact and community development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a related field, such as social work, community development, public health, or a similar discipline,Strong interest and passion for social impact and community development,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with social media and digital communication tools,Willingness to travel to Bali for project meetings and events
