📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions to help mentees develop their business plans and financial strategies.
• Analyze financial statements and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
• Develop and deliver workshops and training programs on business development and financial literacy.
• Collaborate with a team of mentors to create and implement strategic initiatives that support mentee growth.
• Provide tailored feedback and guidance to mentees to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business and finance to continuously enhance mentoring effectiveness.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and expand your professional network.
• Contribute to the development of mentoring programs and resources to support ongoing learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, financial analysis, or strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and guide mentees.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis.
• Certification in business development or financial analysis is a plus.
