📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Translate complex medical documentation into standardized codes using systems like ICD-10 and CPT.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with health information management standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve coding discrepancies and improve data integrity.
- Utilize health information management software such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts for efficient data processing.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in clinical coding and health information technology.
- Provide training and support to junior staff on coding best practices and system usage.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of health information management processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new coding protocols and guidelines.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or a related field.
- Certification in Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist (CDIS) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical coding or health information management.
- Proven experience with health information management software such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers.
- Proficiency in English, with additional language skills in Indonesian or local Balinese languages a plus.
