📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Design and implement switchgear systems, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the quality and safety of electrical installations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project engineering, with a focus on switchgear.
• Certification in electrical design and project management (e.g., NEC, NETA, or similar).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with electrical project management tools like Primavera or MS Project.
