📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-person visits to customers to manage collections and recover outstanding debts.
• Discuss payment plans and negotiate settlements with customers.
• Ensure timely payments from customers through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities using our in-house software.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate effective communication.
• Collaborate with the collection team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a collection or debt recovery role.
• Proven track record of achieving collection targets and recovering outstanding debts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
