📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and present compelling design concepts for retail and F&B fit-out projects using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

• Create detailed design proposals, including 2D and 3D renderings, material selections, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the retail and F&B sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial interior design, with a focus on retail and F&B fit-out projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and furniture selection.
