📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 2 technical support to clients, resolving complex IT issues
• Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance
• Document and report on technical incidents and resolutions
• Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
• Participate in on-call duties to address urgent technical issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Proficient in using ITIL framework for service management
• Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, and security
• Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Splunk
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
